Pout'd is a lip product that is applied directly to the lips. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement.
